Good morning everyone. Sorry for the lack in updates, I have been extremely sick this past month. In the past year, I have been to the hospital more times than I have ever in my life. This has taken a HUGE toll on my physical and mental health. Being in the hospital has unfortunately taken time away from grading and packaging pins. I know I have a few angry backers and I understand where you all are coming from. That is why I have decided to quit making new pins until everything is solved. On top of being sick I still have a full time job.
I have decided that I will be refunding Ita Bags ONLY. Unfortunately, prices for the bag, moq (minimum went from 100 to 200) and shipping have went up and I cannot save to pay the difference AND issue refunds. If your order includes an Ita Bag and pins, only the ita bag will be refunded. Refunds will be issued from my own income so please be patient as those are issued.
Thank you all for being patient with me as I try to resolve the issue.

Guys… I see you and I hear you. I understand you are upset with how long this is taking but please understand I am trying my best. I am one person. This was a huge Kickstarter and the original shipping date was only planned for the initial pin design.
I do work full time. I don’t have a lot of time off work to fulfill every single order in one day. I’m not trying to make excuses but I know most places right now are very understaffed. We are exhausted. I am trying my best to get a few packages out a week. Holidays just went by so I’m gonna be able to focus on sending out orders again.
For the bags, I give up. I can’t save for the shipping if people just keep demanding refunds. I will be doing refunds for the bags only. The coffin bag will be ordered at a later date, but right now my primary focus is to try to make you guys happy and I figure that’s the only choice right now. Please email me for a refund. I’ll need you to put “refund for plague pins” in the title and your backer number in the body of the email.

I’m not sure if I ever update with photos, but someone requested seeing the pins. This is just what I have saved to my phone.
I don’t believe there are any pin designs missing in the pictures, but let me know if I missed one.

Hey everyone… I appreciate those who have been patient with me. I am one person taking on a very large project. With this being original art, I was not expecting such a turn out. I’ve stated this multiple times but I am one person. I do work full time with 1-2 days off a week because of being understaffed. If you cannot be patient, please email me for a refund. Pins Are Graded

All of the pins are graded thanks to a friend helping me out. I apologize I was super busy this month. I need to sort the pins now so they’re easier to grab and will start sending pin packages out in the next two weeks.
